 Thistle Homes is Bill
Atteberry and his crew. Bill has been involved in the construction
business for over 30 years. In 1982, Bill established Thistle
Construction and began building homes as a general contractor. He
specialized in single family homes in the Portland and Vancouver area for 25
years. In 1997 he started building vacation homes for previous clients
in the Bend & Redmond area. Bill and his wife Laurie have resided in
the Redmond area since 1998. During this time Bill has built homes
ranging from starter homes to homes well in excess of a million dollars.
Bill excels at what he does because of his
experience, but most of all because he listens and learns from homeowners,
past, present and future. Bill is a carpenter by trade and brings that
knowledge and experience to each home that he builds. Your dream home
can become a reality from sketches on a napkin, drawings that can be
designed with Bill or plans from an architect.
The reputation and quality of Thistle
Construction has brought many previous clients back for a second home to be
built by Thistle. Bill says, "I have been lucky enough to do what I
love to do and have the trust of subcontractors, vendors and a dedicated
staff. I have an excellent reputation with new home owners, future

Current construction costs are in the range
of $150.00 to $185.00 per square foot. A list of references is
